For over two decades, Kirk Moyer has dedicated his legal career to helping injured people whose lives have been turned upside-down by a serious injury, work-related accident, or loss of a loved one. He has recovered millions of dollars in compensation for personal injury, wrongful death, and workers’ compensation clients throughout Lake County and Chicagoland, getting them the resources they need after a needless injury or senseless tragedy caused by someone else’s negligence or recklessness.
Representing injury victims both in court and before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, Kirk truly enjoys being a forceful advocate for his clients, always putting their interests first and always prepared to do whatever it takes to get them the compensation they deserve. He has successfully tried over 50 cases to verdict, including a jury verdict in excess of $1.3 million.
When he meets with a client for the first time, Kirk sees a person sitting across from him, not a case, claim, or file. As compassionate as he is committed, Kirk matches his courtroom success with the personal attention, patience, and respect that each of his clients deserves. He represents his clients with honesty, intelligence, dedication and an unmatched work ethic and prides himself on being available whenever and wherever they need him.
Kirk earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from Rutgers University and enjoys spending his time away from the office with his family and puppies.
